My passions are visual development for television and being a teaching artist in K-12 schools. As an artist, I have a strong foundation in illustration that I bring to the art that I create. I love being part of a dynamic team and creating unique worlds and characters! As a teaching artist, I believe that the visual arts are vital to a student's development of critical thinking skills, objective observation skills, and emotional literacy through the natural synergy of the arts, social emotional learning, and traditional education through play and creativity. I aim to create a welcoming entry point for students and teachers into the visual arts and the creative process with approachable lessons of visual arts fundamentals.
• Create a variety of 2D rough designs for characters, environments and props.
